Who are your key team members?
Our team consists of qualified experts with extensive experience in sustainability-related projects. We pride ourselves on our subject matter expertise and technical capability. We keep our in-house team small so we can ensure that our clients get a personal relationship with the consultants. Our Directors are the key members. You may read there profile here.
Since you run on a small in-house team, how do you ensure that you can deliver within the agreed deadline at the highest quality?
We want to be in complete control of every project we work on. Quality and timely delivery is never compromised. For this reason, we limit the number of projects we take every year. Our focus is on quality and satisfaction. We have a solid reputation for our expertise and services, and work on a retained basis with the majority of our clients. Many of our clients have gone on to win both local and global recognition for their sustainability and reporting.
Do you cover East Malaysia and overseas since you are based in West Malaysia?
Yes we do. The fees for the project deliverable are the same regardless of location. There are no additional travelling charges for projects within the Klang Valley. Travelling and out-of-pocket expenses are charged separately when the team is required to travel outstation or overseas.
Do you provide assurance/verification services?
No, we don’t, for a simple reason — we cannot assess our own work. However, we work with any independent verification body appointed by our clients.
Do you provide design and layout services?
No we don’t. Our submission to the client will be in a Microsoft Word format. However, we do work with clients’ appointed designers to ensure that content is accurately presenting. We conduct several rounds of proofreading once content has been flowed into the design.
